To avoid differences in perception, we recommend that you view the actual product with a free cut sample before placing an order on this site.
We believe that you should touch the actual product before purchasing it, so that there are no surprises or "it wasn't what I thought it was" moments. Therefore, we offer up to 3 free cut samples of in-stock items.

*We strictly refuse requests for free cut samples from those who intend to use them for other purposes on this site.
- Free cut samples are limited to one per person. We will not charge you for shipping or other costs.
- Up to 3 samples are free for businesses, and up to 1 sample for individual customers (property owners). If you require more samples or specific sample sizes, you may be charged around 1,000 yen for shipping (cash on delivery). Please be aware of this in advance.
- Architects and construction companies who wish to confirm the texture and feel of the cut samples, or who need them for another property, may request them again.
- Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport (mail service) or Japan Post (LetterPack/Yu-Pack).
