How to order products
To prevent differences in image, we recommend that you purchase products after viewing actual free cut samples before ordering.
If you wish to purchase, please order according to the following procedure.
STEP.1 Request for a free cut sample
For in-stock items, we offer free cut samples.

If there is a product you would like to see in person, please feel free to ask.
STEP.2 Confirm product and estimate
We will send you an estimate along with the cut sample. If you wish to purchase after confirming the product and the estimate, please contact us via the inquiry form, phone, fax, or email.
STEP.3 Payment method
Please make your payment using your preferred payment method. *Currently, only bank transfer (prepayment) is available.
STEP.4 Shipping of products
After confirming your payment, we will contact you and ship the product.

Possibility of delays in product delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters or circumstances of the delivery company. To prepare for such delays, please set the delivery date at least 2 days before the construction date.
About returns
About order cancellations, returns, and exchanges
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. (Please ensure your order is correct. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us before proceeding with your order.)
Generally, we do not accept returns due to customer convenience.
While every effort is made to ensure the quality of products delivered, in the unlikely event that we are at fault for a "defective product," "wrong product," "wrong quantity," etc., we will promptly arrange for return or exchange.
If such a product arrives, please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of the delivery date (including the delivery date itself) and return it. We will promptly exchange it.
If an exchange product is not available due to being out of stock, we will contact you to arrange for an exchange with an equivalent product or a refund.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted without prior contact.
After a product has been shipped, the shipping company can hold it for approximately one week.
If the storage period is exceeded, the product will be returned to us, and you will be charged for the round-trip shipping.
Bearing the cost of return shipping and handling fees
In the case of initial defects, wrong products, or wrong quantities, we will bear the cost.
About product complaints
Please note in advance that we cannot accept complaints after the product has been installed.
Disclaimer
Delays in product arrival due to transportation issues or returns/exchanges of products due to our negligence may occur.
In such cases, we are not responsible for any potential losses incurred on site (such as the burden of re-arranging site workers), so please be aware of this in advance.
About the Cooling-off System for Internet Sales
Products purchased through internet sales are not subject to the cooling-off system.
Shopping at an online store, unlike catch sales, is considered an act of customers going to the store themselves and purchasing products. Therefore, returns other than those mentioned above cannot be accepted, so please be aware of this in advance.
